You have the choice of 2 packages with distinctive features, which have been described below. These packages have been designed taking into consideration your varying needs.

1.Gold Package

With the Gold package you are guaranteed my services with respect to EA development and customer support. You have a choice of two levels of customer support which has been described below.

First level support means I will provide support directly to your client using a specific email address monitored by me. Second level support means that in the event support is required, the client contacts you and you only forward the issue to me if you cannot provide a solution directly.

2.Platinum Package

With the Platinum package you get everything in the Gold package plus my expertise and contacts to market and host your EA. One of the biggest problems faced by EA developers is de-compilation. De-compilation refers to the ability to convert machine code back into source code. Once this is done your EA is no longer yours. A hacker can strip all security parts of your EA, modify it and sell it in a matter of minutes. The only fool-proof way to protect your EA is to have it hosted behind a VPS and lease the EA to your clients. This way your client never gets the EA; they only get leased time of the EA. If you choose to go with the Platinum package you will have access to one of the leading brokerage firms in the Forex Market that manage their own commercial VPS, all for a fraction of the cost. Not only that, you will have the newly created marketing arm of this professional brokerage house market this EA for you. All this for a small add-on fee.

A comprehensive quote for the development of the EA before any work is commenced. If it takes longer than the quoted cost it will be done at the agreed cost, no more. If I complete it sooner, the difference will be refunded. That’s my promise to you.
Development work will be done in a timely manner and periodic builds will be handed over for unit testing. This way you can test specific functionalities before the completion of the EA. For example you can test the entry/exit criteria although the money management parts have not been completed yet. This method of testing reduces the TTM (Time To Market) of your EA.
Full support will be provided free of charge to you in getting started with your new EA. Getting you up and running with your new EA will be my first priority. This will be done free of charge.
Support for all EAs developed by me. Unlike other developers out there, I can provide full support to your clients in the event you market your EA through me. You have a choice of two support levels: first level and second level. With first level support I will provide support directly to your clients using a specific email address monitored by me. In-built per user per account security can be provided based on a standard in-house algorithm, should you decide to market the EA outside of a VPS. The cost of building this into your EA will be part of the ongoing development cost.
EA user validation can either be done by yourself (I will show you how to do this step by step) or I can do this completely transparent to you.
Version updates with bug fixes are completely free of charge.
Version updates with added features are provided at a nominal cost.
VPS level testing. If required I can set up your EA behind our VPS and provide 24 hour forward testing, which will reduce the number of bugs when the product is launched. This level of testing ensures over 96% reliability of the final product. All VPS logs and results will be forwarded to you on a weekly basis.
Marketing your EA, should you choose to launch it as a commercial product. Backed by one of the leading brokerage houses and their marketing arm, we can arrange for your product to be marketed. So you won’t have to do anything to get an additional income stream.
Lease of EA behind a VPS. This will ensure your EA won’t be stripped of all security and end up in a public forum or on eBay. This is the number one revenue loss for all EA vendors. The EA can be leased as a one off payment followed by VPS cost or as a monthly payment which includes the VPS cost. This way you get two benefits: a monthly payment and a secured EA.
